This is a part time position with full time opportunity at an awesome agency in Central Illinois.
Do you enjoy assisting others? Are you at ease making conversation in person and on the telephone? Are you at ease multi-tasking and juggling multiple assignments? Do you have a high degree of initiative and motivation? We are looking for a candidate who can do all of these to join the team.
As a member of the office support team, you are responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks while providing superior customer service to clients.
Applicants must have:
1-2 years of office administration skills demonstrating solid organizational and communication skills.
exceptional communication skills by phone, in person or through electronic media.
experience using database management systems.
reliability, professionalism and a positive disposition.
the ability to study and pass the required Property Casualty License within 6 months of employment (supported and paid for by Agency).
previous experience in an insurance office preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
